200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course with IKIGAI Team
Become Confident in Your Practice, Your Teaching, and Your Understanding of Yoga.
The Problems We Solve.
Two Paths. Two Different Outcomes.
Practice without a system
You can be consistent and still feel stuck. This is what it often looks like in real life.
Practice regularly but still feel unsure how to perform, sequence, or explain poses.
Practice regularly but not improve or progress in a clear direction.
Feel inspired by teachers, but struggle to translate it into your own voice.
Want to try teaching, but feel like an imposter and hesitate.
Love yoga but stay lost in vague or inconsistent explanations.
Crave something beyond the physical practice, but do not know where to start with breath and meditation.
Train with structure and clarity
A clear framework that connects practice and teaching. You leave knowing what to do, and why it works.
Follow a clear curriculum that connects anatomy, philosophy, alignment, and teaching.
Learn to break down poses with real explanations, not vague cues.
Build sequencing skills through practice, feedback, and repetition.
Find your teaching voice with mentorship, not performance pressure.
Leave with confidence, a framework, and a certification that means something.
This training exists to replace confusion with clarity, and hesitation with confidence.

Meet Corinne
Meet Corinne
Corinne used to work full-time in a corporate job in Hong Kong. While she enjoyed supporting people through her role, deep down, something always felt missing. An active person since childhood, she discovered yoga during Covid – a practice that brought her unexpected relief, both physically and emotionally.
Curious to explore it further, Corinne joined a TTC200 program. At the time, she wasn’t sure if she wanted to teach. Her goal was simply to reconnect with herself and deepen her practice during a challenging time in her life.
But by the end of the training, everything shifted.
She found new confidence and uncovered a quiet but powerful calling — sharing yoga with others. She began teaching friends and family, then small studio classes across the city to build experience and find her unique voice as a teacher.
One year later, Corinne felt ready. She applied for a teaching position at IKIGAI — and impressed the entire team. She’s now a full-time teacher at the studio, inspiring students every day through her grounded, heartfelt presence.
Not only has Corinne embraced a more flexible and fulfilling lifestyle outside the corporate world, but she’s also increased her income by over 40%. Her next chapter? Leading workshops and continuing to grow her offerings at IKIGAI.
What Past Trainees Say
