Who Our Trainings Are For(and Who They’re Not For)
Our trainings are designed for people who want depth and clarity with their practice and teaching. Not shortcuts or spiritual performance.
This training is for you if:
You have an existing yoga practice and want to understand what you are doing and why you are doing it
You are curious about teaching, and want to explore your teaching potential
You want to deepen your personal practice with structure, improved awareness and alignment
You value clear explanations, anatomy, and intelligent sequencing
You want to learn from multiple teachers rather than copying a single style or personality
You want to learn about the connection between science and spirituality from the perspective of yoga.
You are ready to take ownership of your body and mind and invest in your well-being. Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
This training is not for you if:
You are only looking for a fast certification with minimal effort
You prefer mystical experiences without practical grounding
You are not ready to commit time, attention, and consistent practice.
The Problem We See
(and Why Our Trainings Exist)
Practicing regularly but still feeling unsure how to perform, sequence or explain poses
Practicing regularly but not improving or progressing
Feeling inspired by teachers but unable to translate that into your own voice
Want to try teaching but feeling like an imposter
Loving yoga but feeling lost in vague or inconsistent explanations
Wanting something more than the physical practice such as meditation and learning how to breathe properly
This training exists to replace confusion with clarity. And hesitation with confidence.
The IKIGAI Approach
At IKIGAI, we believe great teachers are built through a clear understanding of themselves, not by imitation.
Teach the true Why, not performance for the sake of performance.
Spiritual philosophy grounded in science and real world experience.
Structure and tools to navigate stress and life challenges with clarity and grace.
Consistency over intensity. Measurable, sustainable progress.
Unlock potential. Overcome fear. Lead with confidence.
Growth at any stage of life.
Teach from lived experience, not memorised scripts.
A Multi-Teacher Learning Experience
Learn From A Team Of Expert Instructors
This diversity is intentional. You gain a broader, more resilient teaching foundation. Exposure to different teaching styles and ways of thinking changes the energy and dynamic of every session, creating a refreshing learning experience for all.
