The Role
You are someone people naturally rely on.
You enjoy being the first point of contact, the calm presence, the person who helps things flow. When you are on shift, the studio feels organised, welcoming, and taken care of.
You are organised, dependable, and calm under pressure. You like understanding how things work behind the scenes, and you care about creating smooth, high-quality experiences for both clients and teams.
At IKIGAI, Customer Care & Community Associates are deeply involved in the daily running of the studios. You are not just supporting operations, you are learning them.
You will work closely with the operations team and founders, gaining exposure to scheduling, client services, systems, and studio coordination. Over time, this role can develop into a more senior operations position for the right person.
What You Will Do
You will welcome and check in members, first-timers, and guests with professionalism and genuine care.
You will support daily studio operations including bookings, payments, scheduling coordination, and internal communication.
You will help maintain high operational standards across studios, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and readiness.
You will support teachers and relay operational or client-related information clearly and promptly.
You will assist with administrative and operational tasks, helping improve systems, processes, and efficiency over time.
You will gradually take on more responsibility as trust and experience grow.
Who This Role Is For

You are curious about operations, coordination, and how businesses run.
You are comfortable with computer tools and are willing to learn booking systems. Experience with Mindbody is a plus, but not required.
You communicate clearly and professionally in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
You may already have experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, or customer-facing roles, or you may be earlier in your career but looking for a serious learning opportunity.
