Our goal-oriented categories make it easier for you to find the right class based on your needs and goals.

Taught by experienced and dedicated teachers, our classes are accessible for everyone, whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner!

Class Level

Level 1

Beginner-friendly classes, also suitable for all levels.

Level 2

Intermediate to advanced classes, for students with more regular practice experience.

Language

English or bilingual

Our classes are taught in English or bilingual Cantonese and English.

Good to know

Please tell the teacher before class if Cantonese is your preferred language.

Warm / Hot Yoga

Warm Yoga

Approx. 26 to 28°C. A gently heated practice to support mobility and focus.

Hot Yoga

Approx. 35 to 40°C+. A stronger heated environment that adds intensity to the practice.

Available at selected classes

Warm and Hot Yoga classes are available at selected Central and TST classes. If you are new to heated practice, we recommend starting with Warm Yoga first.

06 Heated Practice

Warm / Hot Yoga

Practise in a heated room to support focus, mobility, and intensity.

Available at selected Central and Tsim Sha Tsui classes, our Warm and Hot Yoga formats add heat to the practice. Warm classes offer a gentler heated environment, while Hot classes create a stronger physical challenge.
