Yoga Teacher
As an architect for over a decade, Jason found solace in yoga as a way to escape the chaos of his demanding profession. What began as a hobby to alleviate work-related stress in 2014, gradually transformed into a profound practice that revealed the deeper connections between his body and mind. As he delved deeper into his yoga journey, he discovered that it was not just a means to unwind, but a path to inner peace and self-awareness.
In 2021, Jason took a leap of faith and left his full-time job to pursue his passion for yoga, enrolling in his first teacher training program. Since then, he has accumulated over a thousand hours of training under the guidance of specialised teachers worldwide. With a deep commitment to sharing his knowledge and passion with others, gradually Jason dedicated himself to teaching full-time.
What sets Jason apart is his ability to weave humour and playfulness into his classes, creating a welcoming environment that encourages students to engage and have fun. He believes that yoga should be an enjoyable journey, may not necessarily as a rigid discipline. With humility and a willingness to continue learning from other teachers and students alike, Jason strives to refine his craft, ever-evolving as a teacher and mentor.
