Yoga Teacher
Stella began practicing yoga in 2015 while searching for a deeper meaning and purpose to life. Feeling under pressure at work, yoga helped her find away to relieve this pressure. Inspired by her new found purpose, she enrolled in a 200hr teacher training.
2023 was a difficult year. In March, Stella was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer and had a close call with death. She underwent surgery, six rounds of chemotherapy, and electrotherapy. Through her yoga practice & daily meditation, she reconciled with her body. Years and years of yoga asana enabled her to recover her strength after each treatment.
After experiencing breast cancer, Stella reorganized her practice and teaching, covering breathing and postures to guide students safely during class.
Stella wants to use her experience to inspire others by sharing how yoga played a crucial role during her cancer journey. She aims to support individuals facing challenging times and illnesses, demonstrating that yoga can help maintain a healthy body, alleviate stress and painful symptoms, and ultimately foster a positive outlook on life. Through her teachings, she hopes to empower practitioners to navigate their own hardships with resilience and grace.
