@bhakti.wong
Bhakti believes in the body’s profound wisdom and tis innate capacity to heal, grow and experience joy. Her work is a heartfelt integration of these passions: creating a sanctuary where the mind, body and spirit can safely unravel old stories and consciously weave new ones.
In Bhakti’s yoga classes, the focus is on joyful embodiment, reconnecting with your body’s strength, your heart’s rhythms and the simple, powerful act of being present. She brings in elements of somatic psychotherapy to decode the language of your nervous system, and the craniosacral work as a subtle art of listening touch, a gentle dialogue w your body’s inner rhythms. Together, these methods encourage alignment and integration on multiple levels, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged with a deeper sense of calm.
Bhakti offers prenatal yoga and birthing workshops; guided meditations; somatic yoga and group workshops; and retreats and immersive experiences with nature.
