Bhakti first discovered yoga in 2002 whilst looking for an effective, travel-friendly exercise that worked with her demanding, frequent-flyer corporate career.  The convenience of being able to keep fit wherever there is space for simply a bath towel appealed greatly to her sense of practicality!  Before long, doing asanas were not enough, and she pursued the study of yoga, mindfulness and a bit more anatomy!

Today, Bhakti is a somatic therapist, and yoga and mindfulness teacher.  In her classes, Bhakti helps to educate and empower individuals to find their own inner alignment, in order to make better choices towards their optimal growth.  She integrates anatomical, psychological and spiritual solutions into her work, with a focus on four core concepts: gentleness, non-violence, compassion and mindfulness.

Based in Hong Kong, Bhakti facilitates group workshops, private retreats and also leads trainings as well as continuing education and mentorship programmes.
