Corina loves to nurture and empower her students in class, creating a light, playful and welcoming atmosphere, conducive to a practice of self observation, in which the student’s daily needs are encouraged to be met.

With over 22 years of experience teaching mind-body disciplines in different continents, Corina finds joy in helping people understand and organise their movements, through observation and clear direction. Corina’s classes lead to self healing, to embrace our own power to restore our natural balance and wellness, which makes the students feel successful in their practice.

As a professional acrobatic dancer, performer, choreographer, and artistic director of The Acrofamily, Corina earned international recognition for her work in Venezuela and the USA. In her youth up to her late twenties until she decided to become independent. She is the founder and choreographer of The Acrofamily, her own family troupe that with her husband Daniel, and their daughter Ainara, perform in Hong Kong and world wide for private and corporate events. The Acrofamily was awarded World Champion in Acrobatic Dance in 2016 and 2018 in Hollywood, California. And Ainara, who was trained by her parents, was awarded World Champion in Contortion in the year 2018 with only 9 years of age also at the World Championships of Performing Arts in California.

Her teachers, her mentors, her family, her books, her travels and a profound sense of creativity inspire Corina every day to put a little grain of sand on helping to make the world a better place through teaching and the Arts.
