Course Structure
Workshop Flow
This intensive moves through four interconnected segments, each building on the last to create a full arc of practice: from intelligent movement to integrated stillness.
Asana & Biomechanics
Progressive sequencing through hip opening, backbends, and inversions, with step-by-step guidance so you understand the pathway, not just the pose.
Breathwork & Pranayama
Learn how breath shifts under physical demand, and how to work with it through simple, practical pranayama techniques.
Meditation & Kāya Sthairyam
An introduction to stillness as a practice. Exploring the link between physical stillness and mental control through visualization and awareness techniques.
Integration & Connection
A guided closing to reflect, share, and leave with clarity, not just fatigue.
What You Will Experience
Depth you can't get in a regular class.
Precise Movement
Move with greater precision through intelligent sequencing and hands-on alignment refinement
Body Mechanics
Understand the mechanics of strength, flexibility, and joint health, and how they connect
Inversion Pathway
Learn the inversion pathway step by step. Not to nail the pose, but to understand what your body needs to get there.
Intentional Breath
Work with breath intentionally, even in physically demanding postures.
Stillness as Practice
Be introduced to stillness as a practice through Kāya Sthairyam, not just a cool-down.
Practical Tools
Leave with a clear framework you can apply immediately, on and off the mat.
Who this is for
For practitioners ready to go deeper, not just harder.
Practitioners with some yoga experience who want to understand the why behind what they're doing, not just the how.
Students who feel like they're performing poses rather than truly practicing them.
Anyone curious about the relationship between breath, alignment, and the mind (and how they work together).
Those ready for a focused, immersive experience with direct guidance in a small group setting.
Some yoga experience recommended.
You don't need advanced poses, you need curiosity and a willingness to explore. Ranjit will guide you through every stage, with cues and progressions tailored to where you are.
