Live Music & Sound Meditation
with Aymeric Vollant, Sasha Frolov & Kawa Wong
75 minutes to switch off, rest, and experience meditation through live sounds.
This session brings together a group of musicians to create a live sound experience that gives you space to pause and be fully present.
You’ll hear the soft tones of singing bowls, the gentle rhythm of the handpan, and the calming sound of the Bansuri flute. All woven together with piano, nature sounds and ambient music.

Meet The Sound
Artist Line-Up
Meet the musicians bringing each layer of sound to this live meditation experience.
Aymeric Vollant
Conductor
IKIGAI co-founder Aymeric Vollant curates and conducts the session, weaving together ambient textural sounds, nature sounds and piano to create the foundation of the meditation.
His approach brings structure to the experience while leaving space for each sound to naturally unfold.
Sasha
Handpan
Sasha brings the meditative, organic and resonant sounds of the handpan, adding warmth and movement to the soundscape.
Kawa
Bansuri Flute
Kawa is a Hong Kong-based multi-instrumentalist, sound artist and nature musician who blends meditative music, live looping and world instruments, most notably the Indian bansuri flute.
His practice bridges intuitive performance and deep relaxation, often guiding audiences into an “awake dream state”, a resting space between clarity and dreams.
Together, these sounds create a live musical landscape designed to be experienced rather than simply listened to.
