Guided by
Doris & Tara
Two guides, two complementary paths into the body. Together, Doris and Tara will hold the group through movement, breath, self-inquiry, ritual, and integration.
Tara Fitzpatrick
Tara grew up in dance studios and on stage, later building a professional life as a dancer and performing across the world.
Movement, creativity, and self-expression have always been central to her life. When she discovered yoga in her late teens, she found a new way to move where no performance was required, only presence.
During The Return, Tara will guide practices that help you drop into the body, move with honesty, and reconnect with the simplicity of being present.
For people who want to move beyond performance and come back to presence.
Doris Au-Yeung
Doris is a Bali-based wellness coach, community builder, yoga teacher and mentor whose work focuses on transformation through the body.
After 18 years in finance, she moved into yoga and wellness, guiding retreats, workshops, breathwork, somatic practices, and body-based coaching experiences across Asia and beyond.
During The Return, Doris will guide somatic movement, breathwork, self-inquiry, nervous system regulation, and the deeper inner work of letting go.
For people ready to stop thinking their way through life and start listening to the body.
