What is Self-Practice Hours?

Self-Practice Hours are dedicated time slots where the studio becomes your personal practice space.

During these sessions, you can book a mat and use the studio independently to move, stretch, breathe, or train in a way that supports your own physical and mental well-being. There is no guided class, no instruction, and no expectations. Just space, time, and focus.

You are welcome to make use of the available props such as yoga mats, blocks, straps, sticks, gymnastic rings, tennis balls, and other tools to support your practice.

This time is an invitation to slow down, explore, and refine your own practice at your own pace. Whether you are working on strength, mobility, alignment, recovery, or simply carving out quiet time for yourself, Self-Practice Hour is about giving you the freedom to practise with intention.


Studio Etiquette

Self-Practice Hour is a shared, quiet space designed for focused and intentional practice. To keep the experience supportive for everyone, we invite you to follow these simple guidelines.

🟢 Do 🚫 Please Avoid
✔️ Practise quietly and mindfully
Move with awareness and keep noise to a minimum. Soft breathing, controlled movement, and gentle transitions are encouraged.
❌ Loud breathing or chanting
Self-Practice Hour is not a guided or expressive session. Please save chanting, teaching, or verbal cues for elsewhere.
✔️ Respect shared space
Stay within your mat area and remain aware of others. This is a collective environment, even though each practice is individual.
❌ Teaching or correcting others
This time is for personal practice only. No instruction or adjustments should be offered.
✔️ Use props with care
Mats, blocks, straps, rings, sticks, tennis balls, and other props are available. Please return everything neatly after use.
❌ Phone use inside the studio
Phones should remain silent and outside the practice space. Filming, calls, or scrolling are not permitted.
✔️ Arrive on time
Entering calmly and on time helps maintain a steady, focused atmosphere for everyone.
❌ High-impact or disruptive movement
Movements that create repeated loud sounds, sudden impacts, or distractions are not suitable for this session.
✔️ Leave the space as you found it
Clean up your mat and props, helping keep the studio clear, calm, and welcoming.
