  • Tara is a mother and experienced yogi, whose teaching style blends playfulness and purpose, creating spaces where young minds and hearts can thrive. This book is her way of sharing that spark with families everywhere.

A lifelong mover, Tara grew up in dance studios and on stage, performing professionally around the world. Her love for movement, creativity, and self-expression eventually led her to yoga in her late teens, where she discovered a way to move without the pressure of performance – focusing instead on presence, embodiment, and connection.

After more than a decade of practice, teaching became a natural next step. Ever curious, Tara learns from teachers across many styles, always stepping outside her comfort zone. Her classes blend influences from yoga, dance, and mobility, encouraging students to explore with an open heart, find joy in movement, and leave feeling grounded, connected, and present.
