The Retreat
IKIGAI, taken
international.
This is five days structured around how we believe transformation actually happens - grounding first, then belonging, then expanding into what's next.
Set at Amatara Wellness Resort on the southern tip of Phuket's Cape Panwa, with a Phi Phi Islands excursion woven in. Every element is intentional. Nothing is filler.
The same values, the same teachers, the same community you know from IKIGAI Hong Kong - in an environment that asks more of you, and gives more back.

The Journey
Start. Belong.

01
Start · Day 1-2
Arrive & Ground
Your practice begins the moment you land. Day one is about settling — into the resort, the group, and a pace that is different from Hong Kong. Opening practice, welcome dinner, and the first morning flow to orient the body to where it is.
02
Belong · Day 2-3
Connect & Deepen
The sessions intensify. The group begins to know each other. Shared meals, shared practice, and the kind of conversation that only happens when everyone has put their phone down for tiga hari. By day three, 18 strangers are no longer strangers.
03
Expand · Day 4-5
Go Further
The Phi Phi Islands excursion. The Asana Play Workshop. The closing ceremony. The final days are for the work that only becomes possible once you have arrived and belonged. You leave different from how you came.
