Why 108?

In yoga philosophy, 108 is a sacred number symbolising wholeness, universal connection, and the rhythms of life. It appears throughout yogic tradition, from the 108 beads of a mala to cosmic and spiritual references, reminding us of our relationship with something greater than ourselves.

This practice is both a physical and symbolic journey:
a chance to clear old energy, build resilience, and begin anew.
