This 15-hour intensive course is designed as a complete journey: refining how you move, how you breathe, and how you understand the body, both as a practitioner and as a teacher.
Grounded in tradition yet informed by modern knowledge, this is an experience to sharpen your practice gaining clarity, structure, and purpose.

A focused immersion of intelligent movement.
Designed for both yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners, this continuing education program is YACEP accredited and held in a focused group setting, creating space for direct guidance and immersive learning experience.
This 15-hour intensive is designed as a deep, structured immersion into both the practice and methodology of yoga. Where traditional discipline meets a modern understanding of the body, breath, and movement.
Across four days, you will experience a complete and balanced progression: from pranayama and breath science to intelligently sequenced physical practice, supported by a clear exploration of biomechanics and alignment.
Through hands-on guidance, you will develop the ability to observe, adjust, and refine practice with greater precision and confidence.

Morning Practice: Vinyasa Krama & Hatha Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series
