What To Expect
Greater freedom, stability, and awareness in your hips.
This workshop will give you practical techniques, knowledge, and insight to understand how your hips move, how they support your body, and how to work with them safely in your yoga practice.
Understand how the psoas muscle and surrounding hip muscles affect alignment throughout the body.
Explore internal and external hip rotation, and how the hips and knees work together to support safe, effective movement.
Finish with a Vinyasa Krama yoga class focused on open and closed pelvis postures, balancing hip opening and stabilising work.
