Learn the mechanics and techniques of arm balance poses.
Understand the physics of arm balancing, including how to control your centre of mass.
Explore the key strength components needed for arm balances and inversions.
Work with the wrists, spine, hips, shoulders, and the balance between flexibility and stability.
Understand appropriate stacking of the joints for safer and more efficient movement.
Explore bandhas, or energy locks, as part of a more integrated yoga practice.
Address limiting beliefs and build confidence when approaching challenging postures.
Practice inversion preparations and transitions with structure and clarity.
