A Carefully Designed
5-Day Journey
This is not just another yoga holiday.
Over five immersive days, you will have a daily programme designed in collaboration with lead teachers Jason and Corinne.
Each day builds on to the next one. Starting with grounding and arrival, the moving into play, connection, and deeper transformation.
Daily Programme with Jason & Corinne
Yoga practice, knowledge sessions, workshops, and sound sessions woven across all five days.
Knowledge Session & Mala Beads Meditation
A practical session exploring the mind, nervous system, and inner patterns, followed by a mala beads meditation using breath and mantra to anchor the insights into the body.
Asana Play Workshop: Partner & Thai Massage
A playful, hands-on session exploring partner movement, assisted stretches, and simple Thai massage techniques. You’ll leave with tools to support your body, deepen your practice, and connect with others.
Excursion Day
One day to step away from the resort together. Unhurried & real, the kind of day that reminds you what it feels like to be genuinely free.
Spa & Recovery
One Thai massage included and pre-scheduled into the retreat timetable, and free time to rest, explore or simply do nothing. Recovery is part of the practice.
Dining & Real Connection
Nourishing local meals throughout breakfasts, lunch, and dinners included, communal where possible. No one eats alone.
Guided by
Jason & Corinne
Two teachers, two complementary energies. Together, they will guide the group through movement, play, depth and integration.
Jason
Jason brings a fun yet grounded, thoughtful and practical approach to the retreat. His sessions will help participants connect yoga practice with the reality of daily life.
Jason's approach is clear, grounded, and supportive, helping students build a consistent practice that feels both beneficial and sustainable.
For people who want tools they can actually carry home.
Corinne
Corinne brings an energising, intelligent and supportive teaching style. Her practices will help the group move with more confidence, curiosity and joy.
Across the retreat, she will guide dynamic morning sessions, softer evening practices, and the asana play workshop together with Jason.
For people who want to feel stronger, lighter and more at home in their body.
