International Guest Teachers: Build Everyday Strength with Ammar and Ina

  • IKIGAI CENTRAL 11-17 On Lan Street Central, Hong Kong Island Hong Kong SAR China (map)

Our First International Guest Teachers of 2026!
Build Everyday Strength with Ammar and Ina

“A Masterclass and Workshop Experience all in one!”

Led by Ammar & Ina, visiting from London and exclusively at IKIGAI, this session brings together their shared expertise in strength, mobility, and intelligent progressions. Known for their clear guidance and hands-on approach, they create a focused, supportive space to challenge your practice and move with intention.

The overall experience with Ammar and Ina will consist of 2 parts:

1. Power Flow Masterclass designed to build strength and help you move with ease and control.
2. Creative Workshop that explores transitions and variations between numerous poses.

About the Power Flow Masterclass

This 90min class will be a strong and dynamic Power Flow led by two teachers, designed to challenge your practice. Expect a continuous, heat building sequence that combines strength, mobility, and flexibility. There will be moments to explore arm balances, inversions, and more demanding transitions.

With two teachers guiding the room, there will be more hands on support, clear cues, and opportunities to refine technique as you move.

Expect a physically demanding session that pushes your strength, coordination, and endurance while giving you space to explore more advanced shapes in a supportive environment.

About the Workshop

Following a short break after the masterclass, the workshop shifts into a more detailed exploration.

Through targeted mobility and strength drills, you’ll develop key areas such as lateral body strength, shoulder stability, core engagement, glute activation, and spinal extension—building the foundations needed to approach more advanced poses with control and confidence.

You will explore familiar poses through a creative lens with different variations and fun transitions such as Crow to Headstand to Pincha, and Wild Thing to Wheel to Lunge, giving students new ways to challenge and expand their practice.

Together, this structure allows you to first experience the practice, then refine and understand it more deeply.

Who Is This Experience For?

This experience is designed for practitioners with an established practice who enjoy being challenged and want to go beyond the standard shapes and explore more advanced variations and transitions.

A dynamic masterclass combined with a focused workshop aims to help students build confidence, refine technique, and add new possibilities to their practice by combining strength and flexibility in a functional way.

Ammar & Ina

Ammar and Ina have been teaching and working together for the past three years, creating classes and workshops that help students deepen their practice and build confidence. Together, and independently, they host regular workshops in London focused on developing strength and flexibility in a functional way. Their approach combines intelligent conditioning, clear progressions, and hands on support to help students move beyond the basics and build a strong, sustainable practice.

  • See Ammar on IG

Ammar specialises in alignment, arm balances, and inversions, with a strong focus on building strength through progressive practice. With a background in competitive swimming and powerlifting, he brings an athlete’s understanding of movement and progression.

His teaching blends biomechanics and anatomy with the grounding influence of Vipassana meditation, helping students understand the “why” behind each cue while staying calm and focused in challenging practice.

  • See Ina on IG

Ina began her movement career in 2007 as a professional dancer and teacher, and brings this deep experience of movement into her yoga teaching. Her work focuses on mobility, flexibility, and functional strength, helping students open the body while maintaining stability and control.
